Joining MAP is easy! Submit the form below and follow the instructions regarding payment of membership fees.

All attendees of the annual conference must be members. If you attended the November 2025 Conference, you are automatically a member for 2026.

2026 memberships ($40.00) are active from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.
